This was by far the strangest week of voting we've had yet. Everything worked out in the end thanks to everyone who voted, so again, thank you! Aaaaand the results. To tell the truth, there are about six icons tied for fourth, so I'm glad this ended when it did. OTL

16 icons were submitted to this week's theme! Holy crap. We should do image themes more often. I'm totally running out of things to say here, but the Sakura to Tomoyo ratio is.. rather high. But all of the icons are excellent this week, so I'm sure everyone's going to have a hard time voting!
